Organizational Management

The 33-members general assembly is the highest policy maker of the organization. On a fixed day in a year, it meets to plan the work of the organization, formulate the budget, expenditure, review the progress of the organization and approve and make policy decisions and elect the executive committee for a term of two (2) years.

Our Work Experience

Faith Jonokallyan Sangstha follows social and group development approach

An important function of organization is to make people aware. This work continues unceasingly among the victims. So far, about 50,000 people have been made aware of various issues.

Education

Keeping the slogan that education is the only tool to remove the darkness of a society, Faith Jonokallyan Sangstha is conducting adult education programs to spread the light of education in the society and provides various assistance in the field of education to students who drop out of educational institutions

Motivation and Institution Building

After selecting the areas of work, the organization identifies the beneficiaries and then conceptualizes the objectives and goals of the organization. Organizes beneficiaries and conducts weekly meetings as needed.

Economic Activities

Faith Jonokallyan Sangstha helps entrepreneurs to take up ventures through group-based savings through management training and creating organizations of poor people. From 2016-2017 to 2023-2024, about 2000 entrepreneurs have been able to earn.

Coping with pandemic situations

Faith Jonokallyan Sangstha played a key role during Covid-19, distributing masks, handwashing materials, encouraging vaccination, and providing financial and food support during the crisis.
